We are recruiting a locum Residential Conveyancer for our client in Milton Keynes to carry out residential conveyancing work (new build purchases).

You will have experience acting on all types of residential property transactions from initial instructions to post completion. This will involve experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, easements, deeds of covenant, and all matters associated with residential properties and conveyancing.
