The role involves advising on a full range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, lease negotiation, acquisitions and disposals, and property development deals, for blue chip companies in the housing, office, retail, leisure and/or industrial sectors.
You will have regular client contact and responsibility for their matters.
Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
You will need:
- Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Good business development skills
