We are recruiting a Career Property Paralegal for our client’s Milton Keynes office.

You will have experience acting on all types of property transactions from initial instructions to post-completion. This will involve experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, easements, deeds of covenant, and all matters associated with properties and conveyancing.

The role will also involve commercial property matters.

We are looking for someone who has the following characteristics:

• Can run own files and work as a member of a team
• Ability to take over an existing caseload for the start
