We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for our client in Luton to carry out residential conveyancing work.

You will have experience acting on all types of residential property transactions from initial instructions to post completion.

This will involve experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, easements, deeds of covenant, and all matters associated with residential properties and conveyancing.
