We are seeking a client-focused and business-minded Residential Property Solicitor to work as part of our client’s growing property team in Milton Keynes.

You will have experience acting on all types of residential property transactions from initial instructions to post completion. This will involve experience acting in both freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, easements, deeds of covenant, and all matters associated with residential properties and conveyancing.

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.

You will need:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent client and case management skills
