We are recruiting a Residential Property Legal Executive for our client’s expanding conveyancing department at a leading law firm in Aylesbury.

You will have experience acting on all types of residential property transactions from initial instructions to post completion. This will involve experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, easements, deeds of covenant, and all matters associated with residential properties and conveyancing.

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.

• Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
• Good business development skills
